Shannon Hagge has been an integral part of JKA for the past 20 years, serving as both a Project Manager and Executive Assistant. Her dual roles highlight her versatility and dedication to the firm’s success.

Shannon holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and earned a Project Management Certification with Distinction from Berkeley Extension. She is also a member of the Project Management Institute.

For Shannon, the most inspiring aspect of her job is the team effort at JKA. She finds the support and broad knowledge within the group incredibly motivating. She particularly enjoys projects that require trial or arbitration, as they allow her to see a project through from start to finish, often closing favorably for clients.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys hiking, swimming, and visiting California beaches with her amazing husband and kids.
