JKA was asked to identify building code violations related to the unauthorized renovations undertaken by a tenant at various structures on a property in Castro Valley. JKA identified numerous electrical, framing, site drainage, and life safety violations. We had to take a nuanced approach in noting these issues given the logistics of the legal case it was related to.
