JKA provided legal assistance to the Plaintiff in a lease surrender dispute, involving a tenant of over 30 years who vacated the premises in a deteriorated condition. JKA conducted a thorough assessment of the roofing, waterproofing, and site areas to help the building owner understand the extent of the deferred maintenance that was at the property. JKA also identified unpermitted structural modifications made to the structure. JKA produced a detailed estimate enumerating the amount of damage.
