Junior Forensic Engineer

As a Junior Forensic Engineer, you should have a discipline in Architectural, Civil, or Structural Engineering. You should also be familiar with:

Building design
Forensic investigation of construction issues
Commercial and residential construction codes/standards
Field-testing protocols
Structural evaluation. Familiarity with reinforced concrete, steel, wood, masonry, and other structural systems are required.

Some of your responsibilities may include:

Conduct on-site inspections including field testing, sampling, and documentation
Analyze, research, and investigate data
Investigate and diagnose issues with building envelope, structural design, materials, construction process
Provide technically sound solutions to problems
Develop repair scope, construction details, and field sketches
Prepare investigative reports and final project deliverables
