Phase I of our work on this project involved a thorough forensic investigation of an 8-building, multi-story storage facility to identify the root cause of leaks, formulate a repair scope, and allocate responsibilities accordingly. Moving into Phase II, JKA assumed the role of Owner’s Representative, overseeing the execution of the repair process.
