JKA was tasked to evaluate and analyze the costs associated with terminating tenant improvements. Our evaluation encompassed multiple warehouse-type buildings, totaling over 150,000 square feet, which featured tilt-up walls and were previously used as production facilities. JKA assessed the scope and costs of repairs required for tenant improvements based on specific lease area subdivisions.
