George E Psaledakis

George Psaledakis joined JKA as a Senior Consultant in 2022. He has over 30 years working in the architectural business for most building types including residential, commercial, high rises, and educational institutions.

George earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Boston Architectural College. He is a licensed architect in California and four other states. George is an active member of AIA and IIBEC.

George’s areas of expertise include peer reviews, building envelope, forensic evaluations, litigation support and construction administration. What most inspires George about his job is to analyze an adverse condition, develop a remedy and oversee its implementation. He has recently been involved with disaster recovery and providing remedial building stabilization plans.

After work, George can be found in the kitchen baking crackers, pita bread and sourdough loaves or in the garage making wine. He was a volunteer firefighter/engineer with his local fire department and gave 20 years of service on nights and weekends.

Favorite Architect:
Frank Gehry. He is not confined to 90-degree angles
